Back From The Grave - Saturday Show

Back From The Grave is kinda the event of the year, usually, because so many cool bands are always playing, but its almost too much. In fact, it IS too much, but that’s why it’s cool. This year I planned to miss my train, so everything was alright. I also slowed down my alcohol intake (a little) so that I was still coherent by the time the Flakes went on.

Flakes, Guitar Wolf, 5,6,7,8’s, Outs - Sunday night at the Shelter

I’m going to start spewing my Back From The Grave show review, but everybody should read this comment by the prince of darkness himself. During Guitar Wolf I was way up front and I had no idea so much crazy shit was going on right behind me. I guess I’m lucky I wasn’t five feet back from where I was, or I’d have real physical problems right about now.

Go Fish And Cyborg Guards

Here’s a terrifying thought: What if I had to go back to the states and get a normal job again? I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I’ve been in Japan playing Go Fish with 6-year-olds for two years now. I don’t think I could do any job that involves more than playing card games with children ever again.

Back From Back From The Grave

One of my arms is hanging from it’s sockets, I have bruises in every part of my body, there is a steady ringing in my ears, I hurt to my core. Another “Back To The Grave” weekend and all the injuries that I brought upon myself. I’m sad it’s over.
